Shipping & Returns


If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact a Gucci online personal shopper via email, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.


1. If within 7 days of receipt of your goods you wish to return them for a refund, please contact our customer service representative via e-mail. Goods will only be accepted for an return if they have not been worn, damaged or altered.

2. Please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries regarding any of the products or their sizing.

3. All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The original shipping costs are not refundable.


1. Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.

2. All returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost shipment.

3. Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

4. Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
